When will I receive my
order? Our fulfillment
warehouse is open Monday – Friday from 9-5 excluding holidays. Your order will be
shipped within 3 business days. For example: If you order on a Friday, your
order may not be shipped until Wed of the following week. We ship all orders
via the U.S. Postal Service (first class or parcel post) with Delivery
Confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email
notification including a tracking number so that you can view your estimated
delivery date. Any international or Canada orders will be shipped via USPS First
Class International. International orders can take 7-21 business days to be
delivered. Unfortunately we cannot track International orders once it reaches
customs.
What
goes into the cost of shipping? Shipping costs are based on
the actual shipping weight, handling, fees and supplies.
What if there is a question about my order?
We will email you if there are any
questions regarding your order. Make sure you specify size(s), correct
ship to address, etc. so that your order will not be delayed. If you have
questions you can email merch@blasterentertainment.com for the fastest response.
Can I phone my order or question in?
We do not offer a phone number for
ordering or checking on orders. We offer email or internet orders. Contacting
us by phone will actually be counter-productive to you because the people you
need to speak to are not usually at the location you are calling and messages
have to be left. Communications are best handled via email.
Can I place an online order without a credit card?
No, orders placed online without payment
are voided. If you are unable to make payment by credit card, you can email
your order to us and then send a cashiers check or money order. Once the money
is received your order will be shipped.
What if I need to return my order?
If there is a problem with your order or
you need to exchange it for a different size, email it to us and mail it back
to:

Mentor, OH 44060.
If the order was a mistake made by
Blaster Merchandise then we will pay for the shipping costs. If not, then the customer
must pay. Once the order is received we will then ship out the new order. To
avoid restocking fees, you must return your order with 30 days from the time
you receive your order.
